Cancellation
If you need to cancel an Appointment please do so 24 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid being placed on Salon Eleven Black List.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Personal Checks, and of course CASH.
A 50% deposit will be required to hold an appointment of 3 hours or longer.
Returned Checks
We charge $25.00 return check fee. Payment for services, products and the fees must be paid in cash or by credit card.
Children (OMG)
If they do not have an appointment, please leave the little darlings at home. If they have an appointment they are not allowed beyond the reception chairs up front until time of service. Please no playing with the displays and they must be attended by an adult at all times!
Groups
Due to lack of space, please leave friends and family at home. We will be your friends and biggest fan while you are here, if you must no more than one.
Positive
Our staff is creative, fun, energetic, driven, motivated, and educated and drama free. Please spare us the dramatics. OK. We all like a little dream. But No Negative People Allowed.
